Return & Refund Policy

At BRSStore, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our business model, returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• A restocking/handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the condition of the returned item.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the return is approved.
