Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item:

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@brsstore.shop.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement item.
